By downloading or using TALISMAN you agree to these terms. The plain-English heart of them: the app is yours to use personally, subscriptions renew until you cancel in your App Store settings, and the app offers encouragement — not medical or psychological care.

01The agreement

These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and the publisher of TALISMAN ("we") for the TALISMAN iOS application and the talismandaily.com website. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to the app; where the two conflict, these terms govern to the extent permitted.

02License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control. The app's content — affirmation lines, design, marks, and software — is our intellectual property. You may share individual affirmation cards using the app's share feature; you may not resell, scrape, or republish the content library as a whole.

03Subscriptions, eligible offers & existing Lifetime rights

• TALISMAN membership is available through auto-renewing subscriptions, with weekly, monthly or yearly options where shown in the app. Available plans, localized prices and billing periods are displayed before purchase. Apple's purchase confirmation shows the terms that apply to your selected plan and Apple Account.
• An introductory offer, including a free trial, applies only when Apple presents it as available to you for the selected plan. No trial or fixed trial duration is promised by these terms. Review the offer duration, any amount due and subsequent renewal price before confirming. If you accept a free trial and do not want it to renew, cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Otherwise the subscription continues at the price and billing period shown by Apple.
• Subscription payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your device's Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Existing TALISMAN Pro Lifetime purchases retain permanent Pro access on the Apple Account used to buy them. Lifetime is a one-time purchase, not a subscription: it does not auto-renew, has no recurring charge or trial period, and has nothing to cancel. Use Restore Purchases with that Apple Account to restore access. Removing Lifetime from a new app version's purchase choices does not remove existing owners' access.
• Refunds — for a subscription charge or for the Lifetime purchase — are handled by Apple under Apple's own refund terms, typically requested at reportaproblem.apple.com or via Settings → Apple Account → purchase history on your device; we cannot issue refunds directly and do not control Apple's decision.

TALISMAN provides motivational and self-development content. It is not therapy, counseling, or medical or psychological advice, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. 05AI-generated content

Stories and affirmations generated by TALISMAN's AI are created for personal motivation and reflection. Generated content:

• Is created algorithmically and may contain errors, inconsistencies, or factual inaccuracies.
• Is not professional, medical, financial, or psychological advice.
• Is not a substitute for consultation with qualified professionals.
• Comes with no guarantee of outcome, result, or benefit. Your actions and results depend on your own effort and circumstances.

06Acceptable use

Don't reverse-engineer the app except where the law allows, don't use it to build a competing content library, and don't misrepresent shared cards as your own product.

07Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, and our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim.

08Termination

You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or end the license if you materially breach these terms. Sections 02, 04, and 06 survive termination.

09Changes

We may update these terms as the app evolves. The effective date above always reflects the current version; material changes will be noted in the app's release notes. Continued use after a change means acceptance.

10Governing law & contact

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the publisher's place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the consumer-protection law of your country of residence grants you mandatory protections. Questions: support@talismandaily.com.
