Terms of Use
Effective 18 July 2026
By downloading or using TALISMAN you agree to these terms. The plain-English heart of them: the app is yours to use personally, subscriptions renew until you cancel in your App Store settings, and the app offers encouragement — not medical or psychological care.
01The agreement
These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and the publisher of TALISMAN ("we") for the TALISMAN iOS application and the talismandaily.com website. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to the app; where the two conflict, these terms govern to the extent permitted.
02License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control. The app's content — affirmation lines, design, marks, and software — is our intellectual property. You may share individual affirmation cards using the app's share feature; you may not resell, scrape, or republish the content library as a whole.
03Subscriptions & free trial
- TALISMAN Pro is an auto-renewing subscription offered as weekly, monthly, or yearly. Current prices are shown in the app before purchase; they may vary by region and are always displayed by Apple at the point of sale.
- The monthly and yearly plans may include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged if you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends; otherwise the subscription price is charged when the trial expires.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel anytime in your device's Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's terms; we cannot issue them directly.
04Not medical advice
TALISMAN provides motivational and self-development content. It is not therapy, counseling, or medical or psychological advice, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. If you are struggling, talk to someone qualified. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, contact emergency services or a crisis line now — in the US, call or text 988.
05Acceptable use
Don't reverse-engineer the app except where the law allows, don't use it to build a competing content library, and don't misrepresent shared cards as your own product.
06Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, and our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim.
07Termination
You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or end the license if you materially breach these terms. Sections 02, 04, and 06 survive termination.
08Changes
We may update these terms as the app evolves. The effective date above always reflects the current version; material changes will be noted in the app's release notes. Continued use after a change means acceptance.
09Governing law & contact
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the publisher's place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the consumer-protection law of your country of residence grants you mandatory protections. Questions: support@talismandaily.com.
