Privacy Policy

The short version: TALISMAN collects no personal data. There is no account, no analytics service, no advertising, and no server of ours for your information to reach. Everything you do in the app stays on your device.
01Who we are
TALISMAN ("the app," "we") is a daily-affirmations app for iOS, published at talismandaily.com. This policy describes what information the app handles and where it lives. Questions: support@talismandaily.com.
02What we collect
Nothing. The app has no sign-up, no login, and no network backend. It contains no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs, and it makes no network requests of its own. We cannot see your name, your answers, your favorites, or anything else you do in the app.
03What stays on your device
To function, the app stores the following locally on your iPhone only:
- Your onboarding answers (first name, age range, focus areas, the pattern you selected) — used solely to personalize your daily deck.
- Preferences: reminder times, theme, saved lines, streak history.
- Diagnostic logs written to Apple's on-device logging system, which never leave your phone and are not transmitted to us.
This data is never uploaded anywhere by the app. Deleting the app deletes it. If you use iCloud device backups, Apple may include the app's local data in your own backup under Apple's terms — that backup is yours, not ours.
04Purchases
Subscriptions are processed entirely by Apple through your Apple Account. We never receive your payment details, billing address, or identity. Apple provides us only aggregated, anonymized sales reporting. Apple's handling of your purchase data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
05Notifications
Daily reminders are local notifications, scheduled and delivered by your phone itself. No push-notification server is involved, and enabling them shares nothing with us.
06Children
The app is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone — including children — because the app collects no information at all.
07Changes to this policy
If a future version of the app ever changes what data is handled — for example, adding optional analytics — we will update this policy first and change its effective date. Material changes will be noted in the app's release notes.
